'Nothing about it is forced,' Tamar Braxton says she's happy after revealing she's dating a new man

Tamar Braxton sends out happy vibes in her latest Instagram post as she bids 2018 goodbye and welcomes the new year.

Tamar Braxton is happy during the holidays. This was her latest update when she shared a short video selfie yesterday.

“I swear I’m so happy EVERYDAY!” the mother-of-one wrote in her caption and explained,

“Nothing about it is forced. It’s apparent from sun up to sun down I’m so grateful to know God loves me so much!”

Tamar appeared to be enjoying a night out when she posted the video where she also used star filters surrounding her head. The singer went bald for the occasion and highlighted her features with smoky eye makeup and dark red lips.

Tamar also told her fans through her caption that she'd see them all in New York City on December 28 where she'll be performing at the Sony Hall.

THE MAN WHO'S MAKING HER HAPPY

Tamar has every reason to be happy these days. After a series of mishaps that began with her divorce from Vince Herbert, having to sell her Los Angeles home at a suicide rate and her famous walk out from a sit-down with Iyania Vanzant in her show, “Braxton Family Values,” she found new love.

Tamar is currently dating a Nigerian man who she first opened up about in September. She told Wendy Williams on the host’s show that she met him at a friend’s birthday party and described him as “like a whole snack – a Lunchable!”

Tamar was evidently glowing speaking about her new man who seemed to bring back the sunlight to her gloomy days. She even compared him to Jesus in a post during their recent vacation.

SPEEDING UP HER DIVORCE

This may also be the reason why she tried to speed up her divorce to her estranged husband, Vincent Herbert. Tamar served the legal papers to Vincent in September after the courts warned her that her previous divorce papers originally filed in October 2017 would be dismissed due to inactivity. However, Vincent didn’t respond to the new documents which prompted Tamar to plead to the judges to sign off on their divorce by a default judgment.

Tamar and Vincent who were married for nine years share a 4-year-old son, Logan who’s currently under his mother’s care. The reality star is also requesting for primary custody of the child as part of her divorce petition.
