The Duchess of Cambridge was pictured arriving at Buckingham Palace with her husband Prince William, who was driving, two of their children and the children’s nanny Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo.

Little Prince George, 5, and his younger sister, Princess Charlotte, 3, sat in the back seat with Borrallo. Their youngest sibling Prince Louis wasn’t present for the Queen’s pre-Christmas lunch.

The dress has been worn before by the Royal. She was pictured wearing it in 2009 for Prince Philip’s 90th birthday dinner.

However, the color of the gown does look much pinker than coral on this occasion. Although, the dress does have the same rose and bow detailing at the neck.

It also featured a pleated front that gave it a bit of elegance. For those interested in the gown you’ll be thrilled to know that it’s been worn by none other than Madonna.

Prince William kept his look simple and as smart as ever in a navy suit. The Queen's yearly luncheon is actually the run-up to Christmas and occurs annually.

For the occasion, the monarch invites the extended members of her family. On the 25th, the Queen will be joined by her immediate Royal Family at Sandringham.

Other Royal’s in attendance were Prince Andrew and Princess Anne's husband Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Lawrence, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Princess Beatrice, Prince Charles and Camilla, Prince Michael of Kent, the Duke of Gloucester and Lady Amelia Windsor. The festive feast usually seats more than 50 family members but no official photos are ever released.
