Miley Cyrus breaks silence after her husband is hospitalized
Miley Cyrus recently attended the premiere of the film "Isn't It Romantic" without her husband, Liam Hemsworth.
The actor is still recovering from kidney stones after being hospitalized and wasn't in the best of conditions to be at the event, which was why his wife went in his place.
Cyrus, however, didn't miss the chance to honor Hemsworth with a sweet message on Instagram, along with a picture of herself wearing a beautiful red gown.
A VERY SUPPORTING WIFE
She considers herself very lucky for being able to wake up next to him every day.
The former "Hannah Montana" star claimed to be very proud of her husband and praised his work in the upcoming movie "Isn't It Romantic."
The actor stars in the flick alongside Tom Ellis, Betty, Gilpin, Rebel Wilson and Priyanka Chopra, who tied the knot with Nick Jonas on December 1, 2018.
Cyrus arrived at the premiere in a gorgeous red floor-length Maison Valentino gown and with her hair in a ponytail. The star kept it simple in the make-up department, opting for red lipstick and light touches around the eyes.
According to the 26-year-old, Hemsworth is the funniest person she knows and she considers herself very lucky for being able to wake up next to him every day.
HEMSWORTH'S APOLOGY
The actor thanked his wife for going to the premiere in his place and shared a few photos of the event with his fans and followers on Instagram while apologizing for not being able to attend the event.
Cyrus has been quite busy in the past few days. Aside from going to the screening of "Isn't It Romantic," she also performed at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards with her godmother Dolly Parton.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR ON "TODAY"
Their rendition of "Jolene" was brilliant, but Parton was later mocked by Tom Steinfort and Tony Jones on "The Today Show," who made sexist jokes regarding the singer's breasts.
Steinfort described Parton as "age-defying and gravity-defying", while Jones added that it was fantastic "seeing those two on stage... and Miley of course."
The inappropriate comments made the rest of the hosts very uncomfortable, especially Brooke Boney, who said that that is what happens when too many boys get together.
