Idris Elba's fiancee shares romantic pic of the couple on the beach, shows off her Valentine's gift

Idris Elba's fiance, Sabrina Dhowre reveals how special her Valentine's Day was this year in a series of photos. One of them is a romantic snap of the couple kissing on the beach.

There was a time when chivalry was thought to be dead, but with men like Idris Elba, that notion is extinguished. The actor certainly knows how to make a lady swoon, and this Valentine’s Day, he made sure his fiancé felt all the love.

Idris’s beautiful fiancé, Sabrina Dhowre shared a couple of pics to prove how special she felt on the day of hearts. The first one was a romantic selfie of the couple about to engage in a kiss on the beach. In her caption, she greeted Idris and declared him “the love of my life.”

“Happy Valentine’s Day to the love of my life @idriselba, you make every day a blessing.”

A second photo she shared a day later showed her holding a bouquet of roses in between her legs.

“When you can’t find a vase,” she wrote to caption the pic.

No doubt the flowers came from Idris who surprised her on Valentine’s Day at the airport. Coffee in hand, Idris showed up to pick up Sabrina who was delighted by the sweet surprise.

Idris’ latest thoughtful gesture is just one of many ways he’s proven his love to his woman. Just recently, he referred to her as his wife even though they aren’t married yet. This prompted Sabrina to deny rumors that they were.

The couple was engaged in February last year after meeting in Canada in 2007 while the “Luther” star was filming “The Mountain Between Us.” During the screening of his film, “Yardie,” Idris surprised the audience when he got down on one knee and proposed to Sabrina on stage.

Following that romantic engagement, Sabrina reciprocated by showering him with words of affection posting a photo of the two of them at dinner with her ring visibly exposed.

“Baby! I can’t tell you enough how happy you make me and how lucky I feel to have found a love like this, you make my heart feel so full. I love you. Forever will always feel to short.”

The couple is reportedly set to wed this year, but no date has been announced.

Meanwhile, Sabrina should make sure to keep an eye on Idris who's becoming quite the heartthrob lately. Apart from being hailed as last year's Sexiest Man Alive by People, he is reportedly the current crush of digital voice-powered assistant Alexa. This bit of fact emerged before Valentine's Day when Alexa reportedly uttered Idris' name when asked by her users who her celebrity crush is. She also thinks she and the actor would make a great couple revealing their common passion for music.

"He’s a DJ, and I play music for people all the time," she says and adds,

“His voice is amazing, and I’ve been told my voice is my best asset. And we’re both A-list actors. Well, at least my name starts with an ‘A’. It’s a match made in heaven… or at least in the cloud.”

Sabrina should better get those wedding plans in motion or she may find herself in tough competition with Alexa setting her sights on her man.
