Taking to Instagram, the “Everything Is Love” singer shared a throwback picture of little Hussle and wrote:

“I’m praying with every ounce of my heart for your family. Rest In Peace, Nipsey.”

In 2013, Hussle gave a shout-out to Jay-Z on Twitter after the music mogul purchased 100 copies of his “Crenshaw” mixtape that sold for $100 per hard copy.

Hussle and his actress girlfriend, Lauren London, were also one of the guests at Bey and Jay’s Roc Nation Grammy Brunch in February.

TRAGIC END & A PAINFUL IRONY

Hussle succumbed to his injuries after getting shot multiple times outside his LA clothing store “The Marathon” on Sunday Mach 31. The Grammy-nominated “Victory Lap” rapper was said to be one of three men shot during the attack, but the others are in a stable condition.

Ironically, Hussle, whose birth name was Ermias Joseph Asghedom, had planned to meet with the Los Angeles Police Department today for a discussion on how to end gang violence.
