Dwayne Johnson Proudly Shares Pictures of His Daughter Simone Graduating High School

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is one proud daddy as he shared pictures of his first daughter who just graduated from high school.

Johnson and his daughter Simone, 17, both beamed in the first picture the actor posted to his Instagram account in late May. The post can be found below.

The 47-year-old held the shoulders of his little girl who had on a blue gown and held a graduation cap designed with the circle and star of Captain America's logo on one half and the Bucky Barnes symbol on the other.

In her own photo of the big day, Simone stood next to a close friend who wore the same cap. "I'm with you till the end of the line," she captioned it.

The father-daughter photos were taken at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, reported People. The second photo featured Johnson attempting to give Simone a kiss.

She pulled away from her bulky dad in typical teenage rejection of a parent's affection. Johnson spoke about it in his caption, which read:

"And then your babies graduate. Very proud of my first daughter graduating high school, kickin' [expletive] and is now NYU bound. I love you and one day you'll stop pulling away from my beastly arms & kisses."

The top comment was from Simone. It read "Love you, thank you for coming." The replies were littered with messages of congratulations for the teen, who Johnson shares with his ex-wife Dany Garcia.

Back in February, Johnson spent Valentine's Day with Simone, flying from Los Angeles to Miami and taking her aboard the private plane with him. In the caption, he reminisced about a high school girlfriend who told him where to shove some roses during an argument.

He also wrote:

"Little sleep but so well worth our invaluable and fun father/daughter time. SO PROUD of her and that apple sure didn't fall far from this tree. Dropped her off, gave her a massive bear hug and back on the bird to get to work."

The "Jumanji" star also has three-year-old Jasmine Lia and 13-month-old Tiana Gia. He shares both girls with girlfriend Lauren Hashian. February saw a cuteness overload from the star when he shared a sweet video of Jasmine Lia telling him "I love you."

As the tot looked into the camera while her dad held her, Johnson asked her, "Um, can you say 'I love you?' " The toddler adorably replied: "Love you." Johnson revealed that she had been waiting for him at the door while he prepared to shoot a big cover.
