Miranda Lambert and Brendan McLoughlin Are 'Happy and Together' Amid Rumors about Their Divorce

Miranda Lambert and Brendan McLoughlin are going strong with their four-month marriage, said a representative, bluntly dismissing rumors that say otherwise.

Lambert, 35, and McLoughlin, 27, got married a mere four months ago and are already facing rumors of a split. However, the gossip was promptly addressed by the singer's representative.

According to Gossip Cop, one magazine claimed that Lambert was preparing to move out of the couple's shared New York apartment. The unnamed source cited long-distance and not enough time together as the main reasons for an impending split.

Gossip Cop alleges that they recently met a spokesperson for the country singer who said that Lambert and McLoughlin are fine with their travel arrangement. The two often move between Tennesee and New York, where McLoughlin works as a cop.

They called the break-up rumors "completely made-up" and expanded on that by saying that "not one iota is true. They are happy and together!" They certainly looked happy just last week in a photograph with puppies.

Lambert posted the sweet shot to her Instagram account nearly a week ago. It featured two rescued puppies who she was hoping to find a new home for. She kissed one in the first picture.

Another showed McLoughlin holding the two cuties in the couple's rescue home, the Mutt Motel. The NYPD officer had a big grin on his face. Lambert captioned the post:

"Meet Smoke and Bandit! They showed up at the farm last week and we're bringing them to #CMAFest to get adopted. No vacancy in our Mutt Motel! #FarmLife"

Lambert and McLoughlin tied the knot secretly in January 2019. They shared the news with fans on Valentine's Day in February. Under a wedding photo, Lambert wrote: “In honor of Valentine’s Day I wanted to share some news. I met the love of my life. And we got hitched!”

The first photo showed Lambert and her husband laughing together and the other was a sweet shot of them looking into each other's eyes. "Thank you Brendan McLoughlin for loving me for... me," Lambert ended her caption.

Lambert came out of a long-term relationship with Blake Shelton in 2015. She dated two others, Anderson Easter and Evan Felker, before coming around to McLoughlin, who she described as "The One."
