Tom Hanks’ Wife Shares a Sweet Photo of Their Granddaughter Michaiah on Father's Day
On the occasion of Father’s Day, Rita Wilson shared a series of pictures to pay tribute to all the important men in her life who are also fathers. The one photo that stole the show was that of her adorable granddaughter, Michaiah.
Dedicating the post to her husband Tom Hanks, their son Chet Hanks, and her father Colin Hanks, Rita wrote: “To these good men who are such good fathers and who I love so much Happy Fathers Day.”
Little Michaiah looked adorable in one of the snapshots as she innocently looked at the camera while Chet held her in his arms.
Previously, Chet shared a beautiful picture of his little angel who is three-years-old now. The father-daughter duo seems to be having a moment in the series of pictures, one of which showed little Michaiah planting a sweet kiss on her father’s cheek.
ARRIVAL OF MICHAIAH TURNED CHET’S LIFE AROUND
Before Michaiah came into his life, Chet had a troublesome life with his drug problem. He was also confronted by the British Police when he allegedly thrashed a hotel. Besides that, he came under fire after using racial slurs.
After the birth of his precious daughter from his then-girlfriend, Tiffany Miles, he decided to turn things around and make his life better for good.
Speaking about how his daughter changed his life with Entertainment Tonight, the loving father said: “It was the prospect of having a kid, and I knew that in nine months there’s gonna be a baby here. That gave me the motivation to be like, ‘OK, I’ve had my time now, and I need to move on.’”
The arrival of children does change a person’s life. We hope that Chet continues to walk in the path of sobriety and cherish his family as he does now.
