Cardi B Says She'll Spend $400K on Daughter Kulture's 1st Birthday Party
Cardi B reveals that she's about to shell out $400,000 for the 1st birthday party of her daughter Kulture. This comes after she was indicted by a grand jury following a strip club brawl from last year.
No indictment is going to stop Cardi B from giving her daughter an extravagant first birthday party, revealing that she was willing to burn $400,000 on an Instagram Live session that she had last June 19.
According to her, it's only fitting that she spent this much on her daughter's birthday party, as she only turns a year old once, and it's her very first party.
“No lie, I’m spending about $400,000, and it’s like, damn! $400,000 for a birthday party? But that’s because it’s her first birthday party and [expletive] costs!”
A One-Time Expenditure
While people think it's absurd that she's spending this much, she reassured them that it's only now that she's willing to spend this much for a one-day event.
“But after that first birthday party… Ha ha!”
This announcement of hers came two days before it was revealed that a grand jury indicted her with 14 charges, including two counts of felony attempted assault with intent to cause serious physical injury.
The Brawl Incident
Back in October, she was arrested for ordering an attack on two of the club's bartenders, Jade and Baddie G. The two women filed a report against Cardi after they claimed that they were injured during the brawl where Cardi's companions started throwing bottles and even chairs.
The incident allegedly started after Cardi accused Jade of having an affair with her husband, Offset. While she was previously out on bail, a grand jury indicted Cardi on the following charges: two counts of felony for attempting to cause serious physical injuries. Other charges include misdemeanor reckless endangerment, assault, criminal solicitation, conspiracy, and harassment.
However, these charges weren't about to stop Cardi from giving her daughter the best birthday party, and people are waiting to see if she'll actually come through with spending $400,000, especially since going to court might be a lot more costly for her.
