Benzino went all out ballistic towards a female cop after he was pulled over by another for an alleged outstanding warrant.
The former “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” star made headlines a few days ago after he was arrested by cops due to a previous ticket he failed to show up for. Now a video of that incident has emerged revealing what actually transpired that day and how the reality star/ businessman totally lost his cool towards a female cop. He accused her of being racist and harassing him for no clear reason.

IT BEGAN WITH BENZINO INQUIRING ABOUT HIS ARREST AND MAKING RACIST ACCUSATIONS
It was evident from the female cop’s body cam which recorded the whole incident that Benzino was at first simply inquiring peacefully about the reason he was pulled over. He said he just dropped off his son and the next thing he knew he was being tagged.
The female cop explained they were allowed by law to tag him. When the reality star asked why she told him he would be informed in a minute.
That didn’t seem to satisfy him so he kept prodding the cop to explain the arrest. In return, the female cop kept telling him he was tagged in the system but Benzino accused her of simply harassing him for racist reasons.
“You mean I’m going to jail for a parking ticket?” Benzino asks incredulously and starts cussing.
THINGS ESCALATED WHEN HE LEARNED WHY HE WAS ARRESTED
When they finally confirmed to him that he was tagged due to an existing warrant for a traffic ticket that he failed to show up for in court, that’s when Benzino began to get all hyped up. He refused to believe the other cop knew of his warrant before he ran his tag but the female cop tried to explain to him calmly that he had a warrant.
“Failure to appear for a ticket,” the woman told him.
“You mean I’m going to jail for a parking ticket?” Benzino asks incredulously and starts cussing. The female cop reminded him to be respectful but as he was escorted to the back of the police car in handcuffs he began yelling expletives still asking what the parking ticket was for. He appeared to have no recollection of being given a ticket in the past.
“Sir you have a warrant that has been confirmed,” the cop tells him but at that point, Benzino gets even more upset and starts yelling “let me out!”

The female cop told him he’d know in a minute but he kept on ranting to her from the back of the car.
“Sir you have a warrant that has been confirmed,” the cop tells him but at that point, Benzino gets even more upset and starts yelling “let me out!” A woman approaches the vehicle but it’s unclear who she is to Benzino. The last words he says before the vehicle moves away is “f** you b***…I’m suing you b***…S*** my d***”
“...you can’t just pull people over for no reason because of the color of their skin…I would like both of us to say sorry to each other. I don’t think it always has to be one-sided.”
BENZINO EXPLAINS HIS SIDE AND EXPRESSES HIS INTENT TO APOLOGIZE
Following that unfortunate incident, Benzino spoke to TMZ and explained his side of the story. While he insists he was being racially profiled that time, he realized he went too far and expressed his intention to apologize to the female cop for blowing his top. However, he says, “you can’t just pull people over for no reason because of the color of their skin…I would like both of us to say sorry to each other. I don’t think it always has to be one-sided.”
Following Benzino's arrest, he was booked and then released.
Earlier this year, Benzino pled guilty to felony drug charges in Georgia and was released on two years probation. He initially claimed he was targetted by a racist cop and threatened to fight it out in court. Instead, he later changed his mind and settled with a plea deal.
