Singer Mariah Carey Defied Age Showing off Her Toned Body in a Black Swimsuit & Colorful Robe
Mariah Carey is drop-dead gorgeous, and she knows it. The famous songbird put her enviable curves on display in a new picture posted to Instagram.
Summer has made way for a new season and to celebrate, Carey is showing off her toned bikini body to millions of followers.

In the sizzling pic, Carey models a glittering black bikini and colorful robe as she struts along in a pair of heels. Her blond hair flutters in the wind, and her smile completes the picture-perfect ensemble.
“From the summer to the fall, we migrate,” Carey captioned the snapshot with a nod to her 2008 hit song “Migrate.”
SOCIAL MEDIA REACTIONS
In the comment section were tons of fans and celebrity pals who couldn’t help commending the 49-year-old’s incredible abs.
“You look stunning and happy,” singer Brandy wrote. “Always love you.”
Reality star Greg Bennett, also awed by Carey’s breathtaking bod, chimed in: “Was this taken today, or in 1991? Could truly be either. Ageless Legend.”
WEIGHT LOSS
Carey struggled with weight fluctuation for years, but after reportedly getting gastric sleeve surgery in 2017, she made some lifestyle changes.
A source told Hollywood Life last year that the five-time Grammy winner was working with a personal trainer and eating healthier.
“Mariah loves smoked salmon and capers, so she eats a lot of that lean protein, but the secret to her success has been the one thing she cut out almost completely, and that is processed sugar.”
Carey reportedly dropped an estimated 50 pounds at the time and judging by her recent pictures, the “Hero” hitmaker is keeping it up.

MARIAH CAREY'S LOVE LIFE
Although her unmatchable talent and banging body tend to draw attention, Carey revealed in July that she’s not as adventurous as we think when it comes to romance.
“I haven’t had that many,” the singer told Cosmopolitan, referring to the number of men she’s been with. “But there has been a variety pack.”

“I’ve only been with five people in my life,” she added. “So I’m kind of a prude, honestly, compared to most others in the field.”
At 49, Carey is currently dating her 36-year-old backup dancer Bryan Tanaka, but the “With You” singer has quite the colorful relationship history.

A FAILED MARRIAGE & RELATIONSHIP
Carey married her first husband, music executive Tommy Mottola, in 1993. She admitted to feeling like a “prisoner” in the marriage and Mottola, who was more than 20 years her senior, would later describe their relationship as "absolutely wrong and inappropriate."
Carey and Mottola parted ways in 1997, and the singer dated Mexican singer Luis Miguel for about three years, but things didn’t work out.

ANOTHER SHOT AT MARRIAGE
By 2008, Carey tied the knot with TV host and actor Nick Cannon. Three years later, they welcomed their fraternal twins; son Moroccan and daughter Monroe.
Carey and Cannon’s union would also hit the rocks, and by 2016, when their divorce was finalized, the singer had moved on to Australian billionaire James Packer. Packer and Carey were engaged in early 2016, but toward the end of the same year, their relationship unraveled.

Carey has since been dating Tanaka, and the two seem to be going strong. It’s no surprise the dancer was in the comments of her latest bikini photo with tons of love-struck emojis.
