Kim Kardashian's Curve-Hugging Velvet Dress Looks Very Similar to Her Christmas Gift Wrapping

Kim Kardashian flaunted a body-hugging velvet dress to Kanye West's opera "Mary" on December 22, 2019, in New York City.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star never ceases to amaze with her iconic style and this time, she did it with a simple long-sleeve velvet midi dress. The reality star flaunted her famous curves in the elegant beige ensemble paired with lace-up nude heels.

Kim chose the outfit to attend her husband Kanye West's new opera "Mary" which premiered at Art Basel in Miami earlier this month. This time, he brought the performance to the Big Apple at the David Geffen Hall in New York City's Lincoln Center.

MATCHY-MATCHY

Although Kim hasn't flaunted the monochromatic dress in the past, it was familiar to her fans in social media because she had used a similar type of cloth to wrap her Christmas presents this year.

The beauty mogul gave her fans a glimpse of her Christmas present wrapping through her Instagram stories two days prior to her appearance for Kanye's opera. Instead of using the mainstream gift wrappers, she used beige-colored cloth coverings for gift wrapping.

A STAR-STUDDED AFFAIR

Kim wasn't the only famous attendee in the star-studded event. Hollywood A-listers including Bradley Cooper, Bradley Cooper, and Brad Pitt were also there to show their support to the rapper.

According to "PEOPLE," Kanye, who has been friendly with Pitt for a while, was delighted to have him there. The source also revealed that the rapper has always been "a big fan" of the actor.

BRAD PITT LOVED THE SHOW

Pitt was no less delighted as he told "ET" that it was a great experience for him as well.

“I think he was doing something really special there. It's a pure celebration of life and people. It's really delightful. It really is."

A MONOCHROMATIC CHRISTMAS

This year, Kim and Kanye's Christmas card featured all six members of their brood dressed in grey sweatsuits except for the rapper who donned a white shirt with grey a trouser. North had to be photoshopped into the picture because she wasn't really in the mood to be a part of the photoshoot when the family took the picture.

In fact, the whole theme of Kim's Christmas was monochromatic. In a video she shared in her Instagram stories, the mentioned that the trees that were made with a soft and plush fabric were custom-made.

The family previously used them for the 2018 Christmas Eve party. The star-studded event was attended by the likes of Sia, Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, Paris Hilton, Dave Cappell, and Tyler the Creator.
