Simon Cowell from AGT Flaunts Trimmer Physique While Walking His Dogs and Fans Weigh In

"America's Got Talent" judge Simon Cowell showed off his slimmed-down physique as he walked along the beach with his pet dogs.

Recently, Cowell was spotted enjoying a scenic stroll along the beach with his pet dogs during his trip to Barbados, as shown in the photos posted by Just Jared on Instagram.

The 60-year-old media mogul continued to display his 20lb weight loss as he went shirtless and wore grey shorts.

Cowell, who is the principal, founder, and chief executive of the British entertainment company Syco, protected his eyes from the sun in a pair of square-framed shades.

As of this writing, the photo already gathered over 4,000 likes. A lot of fans likewise added their thoughts through remarks.

"I see wrinkles," admitted one commenter. Another user added that Cowell looks excellent for his age.

As reported by Daily Mail, Cowell has been exhibiting his newly trim figure of late. He shed the pounds after embarking on a vegan diet. During his recent appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," he said:

"I went to see this doctor in London. We did some tests. And then a month later he said, 'You have the worst diet I've ever met from any patient.'"

The media personality added, "It's like the Eric diet because he actually, apart from ice cream, he actually likes water. I mean, who likes water? And his raw vegetables. So I'm on like, the Eric Cowell diet."

Daily Mail reported that Cowell decided to go on a vegan diet after landing in the hospital in October 2017. He had fainted while going down the stairs, an incident blamed on his low blood pressure.

After that incident, Cowell has cut down on alcohol and reduced the number of cigarettes he smokes a day.

After divorcing her then-husband for adultery in 2013, Silverman gave romance another chance with Cowell.

The talent show judge has many reasons to stay healthy, foremost of which is his son, Eric, with Lauren Silverman, as reported by The Sun.

The couple met in Barbados in 2006, during which Silverman was still married. After divorcing her then-husband for adultery in 2013, Silverman gave romance another chance with Cowell.

Their son was born on Valentine's Day in 2014. Silverman's older son, Adam, stays with her ex-husband in Manhattan.

Cowell, Silverman, and their young son live in New York City, but she also spends time with Adam on some days.
