Despite that, the mother-of-three has had her share of challenges which she recently revealed via an Instagram post, according to People.
"The news of her baby’s condition came just a week after Page Six announced that the 2004 highest-paid model in the world had welcomed Osian."
The “Resident Evil” actress had shared an image of her 4-year-old daughter, Dashiel Edan, who was bottle-feeding little Osian as she explained in the caption that:
“I’ve had to supplement with expressed breast milk because Osian has a bad case of jaundice that she hasn’t been able to kick.”
In the lengthy caption, Milla also explained that her new daughter had little scratches on her heels as it was where blood samples had been drawn for her antibodies test. The 44-year-old added that she had hopes that the test results would show that Osian was doing much better.
As broken down by People, jaundice is a pretty common condition among children as it occurs when a baby’s liver isn’t mature enough to get rid of bilirubin in the bloodstream.
The news of her baby’s condition came just a week after Page Six announced that the 2004 highest-paid model in the world had welcomed Osian.
According to the site, the new mother had taken to Instagram to break the news as she called her new baby a “miracle.”
The “Hellboy” star had first announced her pregnancy in August 2019 after saying she’d undergone an “emergency abortion” two years before because she had gone into pre-term labor.
Although the incident was a sad one, it did nothing to deter the love that Milla and her husband felt for each other.
In fact, Daily Mail had previously reported that the couple had been unable to keep their hands off each other at events. The site called to mind the premiere of Paul’s 2014 action and romance movie “Pompeii” which took place in Tokyo.
Milla and Paul first met in 2002 while on the set of “Resident Evil” and soon after; they began their love affair which led to their wedding in 2009.
