Taraji P. Henson is effortlessly gorgeous in her new post on Instagram. The "Empire" actress struck a stylish pose in a snow-white swimsuit, looking like an Arab princess on her Mexico trip.

In the photo, Henson's swimsuit has some gold embroidery around its edges as she stands out in the beach scene.

The post has raked in over 35,000 likes in less than 24 hours, and "Cookie" assured in the caption that she'd be back from the vacation sooner than expected.

In over two decades, Henson has made a name for herself on television and the big screen. From playing the brainy NASA Scientist in "Hidden Figures," to a musical godmother in "Empire" and perfecting the act for a streetsmart character in "Proud Mary" and a host of others, the single mother of one is undoubtedly talented.

The multi-talented actress also dabbled into music in the early 2000s. She vocalized a soundtrack for the movie "Hustle and Flow."

The track won an Oscar in 2006 for Best Original Song. Earlier this month, the entrepreneur sat with the USA today in an interview to discuss her new business line and also reveal a bit of her acting career history.

She launched her hair care line TPH by Taraji at the start of 2020 and hit stores in late January.

The actress revealed that her acting skills began when she made the crowd at her kindergarten graduation laugh. She did it again in fifth grade, and her teacher enrolled her in her first art class.

The businesswoman later auditioned for Duke Ellington School of the Arts but didn't get selected. Henson then tried to get into cosmetology school because of her hair making skills but still didn't get accepted.

She went back to acting at Howard University, and the rest is history.

The 49-year-old unintentionally ventured into the hair care business; she shared that:

"I had an issue keeping my hair and scalp clean, so I had to find a solution to that, and I did."

Henson always suggested hair treatment to her friends before the internet noticed how healthy her hair was, and she started working on creating a business venture from her skill ten years ago.

On February 11, 2020, The Indiana Conference for Women selected Henson to be their 2020's conference headliner later on November 10. She would be talking about her 2016 autobiography "Around the Way Girl" and how she's climbed to the pinnacle of her career from her small beginnings.

Henson, who has won many awards for her acting, became the first black female actor to win the Critics Choice Television Award for Best Actress in a Drama Series in 2015 for her role in "Empire."
