Meghan Markle dazzled in blue as she walked in the rain with Prince Harry for their first appearance since making their royal exit in what looked like a scene straight out of a romantic movie.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry literally made a splash when they arrived at their first royal engagement as a couple since announcing their departure as senior members of the royal family.

As part of the final leg of their royal duties on Thursday night, they attended the annual Endeavour Fund Awards, which were held at Mansion House in London.

Opting to hold an umbrella by themselves, the couple walked arm in arm as they braved the pouring rain.

Creating a picture-perfect moment for their big debut in their return to England; the flashing lights from cameras reflected off the rain and caught their beaming smiles,

Meghan and Harry arrived wearing coordinated looks that have been trending on social media as "couple's goals."

Meghan wore a figure-hugging turquoise dress by their longtime friend Victoria Beckham. According to Daily Mail, the dress, which retails for over $1200, is said to be "inspired by the simplicity of a T-shirt."

She accessorized with a pair of navy Manolo Blahnik BB pumps and a matching $2000 Stella McCartney clutch.

Wearing small gold hoop earrings, Meghan kept her hair and make-up simple with a slicked-back ponytail. Pulling off the perfect glow, she went for a glossy red lip, dark blush, and a smokey eye with a touch of rouge.

Making it their second appearance together since last attending the Endeavour Fund Awards in 2018, Harry complimented his wife's look wearing a navy suit, white shirt, and light blue patterned tie. During his speech, he

"Meghan and I are so happy to be back here with all of you and celebrate your achievements…A lot of you tonight have told me you have my back, well I'm also here to tell you, I've always got yours."

Meghan and Harry were at the awards show to meet the nominees and present awards to the night's honorees.

It is reported, other than walking into the event hand in hand, the couple could not stop showing tender displays of affection throughout the night.
