Although not a lot of information about his death was provided, it was noted that David, who was 51 years old, died of a heart disease. David and Jennifer started dating in 1984 when the latter was only 15 years old.
Although they were together for a long time, David barely enjoyed the benefits of Jennifer's fame as they called it quits in the early '90s.
Soon after their split, David got together with Isa, whom he was with until his death. It was Isa, who revealed that her man was a diehard New York sports fan. It, however, remained unclear if the late 51-year-old had any children or social media presence.
As for Jennifer, Cheat Sheet reported that she also moved on and found love with Cuban waiter Ojani Noa, whom she married in 1997.

The "Maid in Manhattan" star also dated famous rapper Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, as Heavy recalled. During their relationship, the pair had gotten arrested in December 1999 after some shooting occurred outside of a club in Times Square.

According to the site, the incident transpired after Diddy allegedly knocked a drink from somebody else's hand, thus leading to a fight and then a shooting.
Even though Jeniffer and her then-beau were both arrested, the former's charges were quickly dropped. Eventually, Diddy was acquitted, but he and the actress broke up before his acquittal.
