Carrie Underwood Performs for 'ACM Presents: Our Country' from Her Couch with a Glass of Wine
Carrie Underwood gave a home concert of her "ACM Presents: Our Country" amid the coronavirus outbreak that postponed the awarding ceremony.
We are living in scary times that call for extreme safety measures, including the cancellation of several events, gatherings, and television series.
Watching Carrie Underwood perform from home is no longer something strange given all the at-home shows and concerts that took place in the past weeks.
Johnson is still heading the government, although his foreign secretary chair was tasked to take over the coronavirus meeting on Monday.
SINGING FROM HER COUCH
Underwood gave a special Sunday evening treat for her fans as she performed "ACM Presents: Our Country" from her home.
The country singer sat comfortably on her couch in a comfortable all-black ensemble, while sipping on a glass of red wine.

After giving the performance, Underwood went on to remind her audience that despite being physically alone, everyone is still together and will be together in fighting through the pandemic.
A POWERFUL PERFORMANCE
The "Jesus Take the Wheel" singer needed no lights or sound production team to deliver a powerful performance that hit people straight in the heart.

The special premiere aired in lieu of the Academy of Country Music Awards night, which was moved to September 16, due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Although the date is postponed, the voting period already lapsed with nominees, including Luke Bryan, Thomas Rhett, Eric Church, Luke Combs, and Underwood for Entertainer of the Year.
DEADLY PANDEMIC
The COVID-19 pandemic knows no discrimination and chooses no target to infect. Nearly 200 countries and over 1 million people globally have been affected by the illness.
Included in this list is British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who tested positive for COVID-19 nearly two weeks ago.
The 55-year-old public official is still being treated in a hospital in London as symptoms of the deadly disease continue to appear.
Johnson is still heading the government, although his foreign secretary chair was tasked to take over the coronavirus meeting on Monday.
The British royals were also not exempted from the deadly virus, which Prince Charles contracted. He, as well as the other members of the family, are currently in self-isolation.
