Tichina Arnold recently shared a heartwarming tribute to her mom, Diane, on Instagram, on the older woman's birthday.

The post featured a black-and-white photo of Tichina posing alongside her mom, while they both flashed beautiful smiles.

Arnold followed up the picture with a sweet note; she expressed her gratitude and love for Diane. She described the older woman as a selfless and kind mother.

She continued the caption by adding that even though 2020 came with some challenges, her mother brought love and laughter to her and everyone else. Arnold concluded by writing:

"Party like a rock star...I mean a church lady. Lol! With Love.. your 1st born and (pain in the butt) ME."

Moments after sharing the heartwarming message, fans and followers of the actress took to her comment section to share their good wishes.

The Queens native keeps busy with her charitable works.

Although Tichina is 50-years old, the "Wild Hogs" actress doesn't seem to be aging. In an exclusive talk with E! News, she disclosed some of her go-to makeup products.

Despite having access to several make-up and skincare products, Arnold revealed that she preferred keeping a simple look when she is not working. She said:

"I'm really simple. I'm into skincare, so I don't like wearing a whole lot of face makeup, but my makeup artist Beth Carter is amazing."

While sharing tips for beauty lovers of all ages, the "Countdown" star advised people to do what makes them happy even if that means not putting on any makeup.

When Tichina is not on movie sets or dazzling red carpets with her looks, the Queens native keeps busy with her charitable works.

In 2019, Arnold organized a concert to create awareness for lupus disease. She held the show in collaboration with ber foundation "We Win Foundation," and some of her friends.

Tichina's success as an actress required a lot of sacrifices and compromises. The sacrifices made certainly paid off for her since she has appeared as several memorable characters on some iconic shows.
