Anthony Anderson, "Black-ish" star and executive producer, took to Instagram to wish the three special women in his life a happy Mother's Day with adorable pictures.
Anthony Anderson took to his Instagram page to share three heartwarming posts of three special women in his life. The actor first shared a picture with his wife, Alvina, and captioned:
"Happy Mothers Day to the love of my life @alvinwithan_a The sun may not always shine, but with you there's always light!"

The picture showed the love birds standing next to each other at the beach, with a beach-wear-clad Alvina planting a soft kiss on her husband's cheek.
Next, he shared a slide of two pictures of himself with his mother, Doris. The mother-and-son duo looked dashing, with broad smiles lighting up their faces. In his caption, he lovingly wrote that there was "no him without her."
The photo he shared of his grandmother featured him sitting by the 94-year-old's side with a happy grin on his face, while they both looked at the camera.
In September 2015, Anthony and Alvina filed their divorce papers and already called it quits citing irreconcilable differences, and they listed the day of their separation as April 1, 2014.
Anthony and Alvina's son, Nathan, follows in his father's footsteps.
Alvina proceeded to request for joint legal custody of their then-sixteen-year-old son, Nathan. The couple had been together since they were in college, and their love was eventually rekindled.
They got back together in 2017 and subtly confirmed it by walking their first red carpet post-breakup. Anthony said:
"It's fun. It's been a while since we've been on a red carpet together, but we're here tonight, so we're excited about it."
The news that they had reconciled initially came just weeks after the 2017 Golden Globes nominations were announced, and he was nominated for the "Best Actor In A Comedy Series" award.
The high school sweethearts share two kids, their daughter, Kyra, and their son, Nathan, who also started following in his father's footsteps when he starred as "Tahj" in the 2015 series "Richie Rich."
The actor and his beau share a beautiful and supportive relationship. In 2002, Anthony was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, and keeping his weight checked became a priority. Alvina quickly became an avid gym-goer to keep him inspired to exercise.
The "All About The Andersons" star also shares an enviable unique relationship with his mother, Doris Hancox. In 2016, Anderson revealed that he would be working with Hancox in the famous game show "To Tell The Truth."
Anthony and his special women have shared many beautiful memories together, and they are a happy family.
