No words will ever be enough to summarize the pain a mother feels after losing her child, yet Kara Keough was able to capture such grief in her recent post.

KEOUGH’S EMOTIONAL POST

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star penned a lengthy emotional post after losing her son at childbirth.

“This bear weighs exactly 11 pounds and 4 ounces. Exactly the size of the hole in my heart,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself with a stuffed bear on her chest. Keough added:

“I can’t quite articulate how much carrying the exact weight of McCoy against my body grounds me. I think my physical need for him will be there forever.”

The 31-year-old’s photo also featured her new and first tattoo of the letter M on her wrist -- a reminder of her late son, whose ashes are infused in the ink.

“He can stay forever in my arms this way, in the place he last rested,” Keough explained of her custom tattoo.

The mom-of-two concluded her emotional post by reminding her late father: “You’re on grandpa duty in heaven now.”

HER PROMISE TO DECKER

After McCoy’s passing in April, the 31-year-old mom promised her four-year-old daughter, Decker, that she would keep her son’s memory alive.

As much as she can, Keough will make McCoy’s presence felt by hearing his name and talking about him to Decker. “When people ask how many kids I have, she will hear an answer that includes McCoy,” she adds.

The toddler was able to visit her baby brother in the hospital after his birth and cried when she had to say her goodbyes. McCoy died after experiencing “shoulder dystocia and a compressed umbilical cord.”

KEOUGH’S FATHER DIES WEEKS AFTER HER SON

While still grieving for her late son, Keough’s father, Matt, passed away a few weeks after. Keough took to Instagram a letter for her father, which read:

“Daddy, please take care of my son. Teach him the circle changeup and how to find forever friends.”

The mom-of-two concluded her emotional post by reminding her late father: “You’re on grandpa duty in heaven now.”

Matt was a former MLB star, playing for the Oakland Athletics, and ex-husband of former “RHOC” star Jeana Keough.
