Music star Adele shared a recent post on social media to the delight of her followers. One fan however had a question for her.

It is worthy of note that R&B icon Adele Adkins has been off the music scene for a while now, and it seems her fans are clamoring for new music.

This was confirmed on Instagram after Adele posted a candid shot of herself. In the comments, a fan wanted to know when a new rhythm would hit the music waves.

FANS WERE CURIOUS

The one-photo post was a picture from one of Adele's stage performances. She donned a black sheer dress adorned with precious stones. Adele was in her element when the snapshot was taken. Her caption was a smiling emoji.

In the comments, many fans were star-struck as they fawned over the award-winning singer and shared their lovely thoughts. Some followers however, wanted to know about the possibility of a new album.

ADELE SPOKE ON FAN'S ANTICIPATION

A follower took it upon themselves to ask the question that was seemingly on everyone's mind. The admirer asked: "Teaser?? Albums coming out today??!! Tell me now!!! "

Fans have ben clamouring for a new album and this particular fan's enthusiasm must have caught Adele's attention as she candidly replied:

"Of course it's not. Corona ain't over. I'm quarantining."

Adele, a fifteenth time Grammy winner went on as she asked fans to stay safe and be patient amid the corona virus pandemic.

SHE ONCE DROPPED HINTS

In February, Adele was in graceful attendance at a friend's wedding. There she had announced that music lovers should expect her album in September. She, however, didn't give off much information.

Also, rap icon Nicki Minaj once shared that she and Adele had a new song coming, and the music video was ready. Nicki added that Adele made her swear to secrecy, about sharing news of the song.

WHAT FANS ARE TO EXPECT

Adele Adkins was recently in the news following her divorce with Simon Konecki. The couple has a son, Angelo.

A rep shared that the star song-writer wanted privacy while adding that she and Konecki are committed to raising their son.

While followers might be expecting some lyrics of her upcoming album to mirror her marital life, Adele's rep debunked the expectations.
