Riley Keough has just lost her 27-year-old brother Benjamin. Get to know the actress, who is the eldest granddaughter of the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley.

The 31-year-old actress has been mourning the death of Benjamin. Also grieving her brother's loss were her 11-year-old twin siblings, her mother Lisa Marie Presley, and grandmother Priscilla Presley, as reported by Hollywood Life.

A family's representative said in a statement that Lisa was "completely heartbroken" after learning her son's death. "She adored that boy. He was the love of her life," the statement reads.

A HOLLYWOOD ROYALTY

As part of the Presley clan, Riley is a Hollywood royalty. With creativity running in her blood, the actress continued the reputation of the family by making a name for herself in the creative industry, as reported by Vogue.

She started as a runway model in 2004 for Dolce & Gabbana. At the age of 14, Riley also graced the Milan Fashion Week from 2005 until 2006. She also modeled the same label.

Unknown to many, Riley also strutted at the fashion show of one of the most famous lingerie brands in Hollywood. She walked the runway of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in 2006.

Riley slowly ventured into acting. One of the most notable films she starred in was "Magic Mike," alongside Channing Tatum and Matthew McConaughey in 2012.

The 2012 film helped boost her career, becoming one of the rising stars in Hollywood. She later landed a lead role in the series "The Girlfriend Experience," and became part of the cast of the 2016 Oscar nominated-movie "Mad Max: Fury Road."

The couple met while filming "Mad Max: Fury Road" in 2012. After a long period of dating, Smith-Petersen and the actress announced their engagement in August.

"So happy for them. They joked about having a dog 'baby' together now and how it was just a matter of time until they made it official," an insider said.

The actress's mother, Lisa, was very happy about her daughter's marriage to the stuntman. She said that the couple were serious about their relationship and that they were perfect for each other. Riley married Smith-Petersen was formerly engaged to actor Alex Pettyfer in March 2012.
