See Kate Hudson's Touching Tribute to Son Bingham as He Celebrates His 9th Birthday
Kate Hudson couldn’t help but take a trip down memory lane, as her son Bingham turned 9 over the weekend. “Thankful” to have a son like him, the actress commemorated the day with a special tribute.
Kate Hudson and her ex Matt Bellamy’s son, Bingham, turned nine years old late last week, and the proud parents made sure to send him the sweetest tributes on social media. Not to mention the tasty treats that went along with it.

A SPECIAL DAY FOR KATE’S MIDDLE CHILD
Surrounded by his family, Bingham Bellamy rang in his 9th birthday with custom pancakes and special wishes from his dad, who welcomed a daughter, Lovella, with his wife Elle just last month.
Alongside pictures of the birthday boy with his family around the breakfast table, Matt shared a sweet tribute to Bingham to mark the special occasion and wrote:
"Happy Birthday to my wonderful son Bing! The surfing, drumming, genius ‘best big and little brother ever’! We all love you."
HOW TO START A BIRTHDAY
Mom Kate didn’t hold back on the early morning creativity. She made breakfast extra special with pancakes that spelled out “Happy Bday Bing” with fresh fruit and whipped cream to top it off, and the whole family joined in.
Elle smiled broadly as she held little Lovella, barely a month old, as did Bingham’s brother Ryder and Matt, as they joined together around the breakfast table.
KATE’S TRIBUTE TO HER SON
Hudson also shared a picture taken of the unique pancakes, and she posted it to social media along with a sweet message to commemorate the day she spent the majority of bringing Bingham into this world.
“I just can’t wait to discover all the shifts and changes of this incredible sweet human that I so thankfully can call my son,” the actress wrote. “Happy Birthday Bingo, Mama loves you so❤️.”
HAPPY BLENDED FAMILY
Bellamy and Hudson maintained a good relationship after they split, and just last year, Hudson gushed during an interview that both Bellamy and Chris Robinson are “really present fathers.”
Ryder, who is now 16 and Hudson’s oldest child, is her son with Robinson, whom she divorced back in 2007. Kate’s youngest, adorable little Rani Rose, is Hudson’s daughter with her current partner, Danny Fujikawa.
Just a few days ago, the family took a break from self-isolation at their Brentwood home to relax at a Malibu beach while Bingham caught a few waves with his surfboard. At the turn of the month, Kate Hudson updated fans on Rani's doings with an adorable post.
Posting a beautiful image of herself holding Rani in the bathtub, Hudson reminisced about the love she feels for her "babies," and how she cherishes them for the individuals they are.
