'Grey's Anatomy' star Ellen Pompeo looked gorgeous as she posed without any makeup on for a fun selfie with her youngest daughter, Sienna May Pompeo Ivery.

Ellen Pompeo's family life is in stark contrast to the drama-filled one she depicts on ABC's hit show "Grey's Anatomy." The actress is married to record producer Chris Ivery.

The couple has three children - Stella, Sienna, and Eli. While their children haven't made appearances on the small screen like their famous mother, the couple's daughters have dabbled in a bit of modeling.

In March 2019, Ivery launched a sportswear collection called "STLA." The proud dad debuted his clothing on women's day and celebrated his two gorgeous daughters by having them model for the children's line.

Recently, Pompeo posed with her daughter Sienna as she promoted environmental issues. They both showed off their glowing skin as they posed fresh-faced for an adorable selfie.

The sweet mother-daughter snap has already gotten over 850,000 likes on Instagram. Model, Anne Marie Kortright Martinez commented, "she's so big and beautiful. Miss you girls!"

Although Pompeo managed to capture a serene moment with her daughter, quarantine has been a bit of a challenge for five-year-old Sienna.

In April, the actress posted a hilarious video of Sienna sharing her frustrations that her three-year-old brother, Eli, had been testing her patience over the years.

Pompeo and Ivery welcomed both Sienna and Eli via surrogate. The actress has remained tight-lipped on the details.

However, she once opened up to Jimmy Kimmel about surrogacy and said that she held her surrogate's hand and prayed with her as they implanted the embryo months before Sienna was born.

Motherhood seems to be the perfect fit for the actress. According to People, she took her family on the ultimate vacation when they traveled to Itay.

There were a few challenges such as Pompeo getting her purse stolen and then recovered again. However, the actress shared gorgeous photos of her kids enjoying the sights and the food.
