Kirk Franklin is one of gospel music's biggest stars, having released several acclaimed albums that often topped the Christian music charts.

The musician is also a big family man, often sharing sweet snaps of his children and wife with his Instagram followers.

Recently, the star shared a sweet photo showing himself with his three children, daughters Kennedy and Carrington, as well as his son Caziah.

In the photo, Franklin sits on a staircase outside with his brood and you can definitely see the similarities between them as he captioned it:

"Me and mines. On God."

Franklin shares Kennedy and Caziah with his wife, Tammy Franklin. He also has another son from a previous relationship, Kerrion. Carrington is his wife's daughter from an earlier marriage.

Last year, the star got some exciting news when he announced that his family would be welcoming a new addition.

Tammy expressed her delight at the news, writing that she could barely contain her excitement.

In November, Franklin revealed that he was going to be a grandfather after his daughter Carrington announced she was expecting a son with her husband, Maxx Nakwaasah.

While the dynamics between most of his family seem harmonious, Franklin's relationship with other members is more complicated, with Kerrion accusing his father of trying to kill him.

In 2018 Kerrion revealed that had been estranged from Franklin for years and a month prior, the singer shared a post where he said that his sister had been sentenced to 30-years in prison.

When it comes to his wife, however, Tammy has shown that she always has her husband's back, especially last year, when he released his album "Long Live Love."

His proud wife took to Instagram to praise the new album saying that it had touched her soul. She went on to give him a word of encouragement, telling him not to worry about the numbers.
