Since the birth of her son, Win, American singer Ciara has been on a fitness journey and has taken to social media to share her latest progress.
Ciara and her husband, Russell Wilson announced the birth of their son, Win Harrison, in July. And since then, the singer has embarked on a weight loss journey.
The singer told her fans that she had set a goal of losing 48 lbs following her son's birth and constantly shares her progress with her over 26 million followers on Instagram.

Being a mother of three, the songwriter worried that this postpartum fitness journey would be more difficult compared to her previous ones.
This week, Ciara posted a picture on her Instagram, revealing that she had lost 5lbs. According to her, living a healthy lifestyle has always been her goal. In her lengthy post, she wrote:
"With my growing family and career, I am more focused on living a balanced life."
The singer announced that she had joined the WW family, formerly Weight Watchers, adding that the program is realistic for her goals while also having fun with the app.
The "Level Up" singer whose face spread with a broad smile as she wore a pink T-shirt and gold jewelry, revealed that she had previously lost 15lbs post-baby and after going through the WW routine and a few changes in her diet, she has finally lost the 5lbs she wanted to get rid of.

Her fans wasted no time to show their support and love for her latest achievement. One fan called her a source of inspiration while another remarked that she looked incredibly beautiful.
Ciara had reportedly said that she was extra cautious about COVID-19 throughout her pregnancy. In a show of caution, the singer would change her gloves when she went into a new room.
The famous couple was said to have welcomed their new son home dramatically. The family posed in front of a giant flower teddy bear and balloons before sharing pictures of the blue and white-themed cake used to mark the moment.
The mother of three led an emotional "Happy Birthday" for the toddler as they welcomed him into the world. Win joins Ciara and Russell's family of 3-year-old Sienna and 6-year-old Future Jr., the singer's child with rapper Future.
Speaking about their growing family, Ciara's husband, Russell once said that love is the key to raising a blended family. The Seattle Seahawks quarterback said that being a stepdad and a father has taught him what love is.
The 31-year-old further said that unconditional love has helped him keep his growing family bonded.
