Cardi B Prepares to Celebrate Her 28th Birthday as She Shows off a Huge Decorated Cake (Video)

Rapper Cardi B is getting ready to celebrate her 28th birthday. Like just about everything she does, this celebration will be in grand style as well. Even better, she shared some posts to show that preparations were underway.

Cardi B, real name Belcalis Almánzar, is currently gearing up for her 28th birthday. However, while the birthday itself isn't until October 11, the rapper appears to have started the celebrations a few days early. Yesterday, she shared a few clips on her Instagram Stories that showed her getting into the birthday spirit early.

The first few videos showed Cardi's gigantic birthday cake. The cake featured about five layers and was pretty tall on its own. Each of the layers on the cake also had a set of extravagant toppings and embellishments.

One of the clips showed that the cake was from Bellesaco, a female lifestyle and sexuality brand. It's unclear whether they have Cardi as an ambassador but they definitely love her.

The cake already has a fan, Cardi's daughter, Kulture. As the rapper shared in one of the clips, Kulture is seen taking a bite out of it as she sits with a plate.

Another of the clips showed a wrapped birthday gift from an unknown party. The gift was wrapped in a lovely box with a cute bow on it.

This isn't the first break up from the pair. However, this seems to be the last straw for Cardi.

It's unclear whether Cardi has gotten any birthday gifts from her soon-to-be ex-husband, Migos rapper and hip-hop artist, Offset.

Cardi and Offset appear to be done for good as she filed for divorce from him a few weeks back. According to reports, Offset had cheated on the rapper and she decided to move on from their marriage.

This isn't the first break up from the pair. However, this seems to be the last straw for Cardi. The rapper shared a post recently declaring that she was "single, bad, and rich."

Cardi is currently embracing the new life she has and she appears open to whatever might come next. It also helps that this is her first birthday as a newly-single woman.

Despite the divorce, the rapper definitely has a lot to celebrate on her own. Most significantly, her music career is as solid as ever. Sources recently confirmed that "WAP," Cardi's song with fellow rapper Megan Thee Stallion, was 2020's #1 song worldwide on the Billboard charts.

The song has been a monstrous hit since its release in August. It hit 93 million streams in its first week alone and it has also climbed back atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
