Rapper LL Cool J's wife, Simone Smith, recently took to her Instagram page to celebrate her friend Patsy's 56th birthday with a stunning photo of both of them dressed in chic all-black outfits.

Rapper LL Cool J's wife, Simone Smith, recently shared a stunning photo from an event on her Instagram page to celebrate the birthday of her friend, Patsy. Smith shared a snap of herself with her gorgeous friend all dressed in black and accompanied the picture with a caption that read:

Smith went on to pray for her friend, asking God to bless Patsy's life abundantly. She marveled at how stunning she looked at 56 years old.

In the photo, she stood by her friend. Both were dressed in all-black outfits as they stopped to post for the snap. The birthday girl opted for a somewhat revealing black outfit with a see-through top and silver heels.

Smith wore a chic form-fitting black dress that ended in a short flair at the bottom and sorted short sleeves. The eye-catching black number also had a plunging neckline.

Smith wore a shiny necklace and purse which she held with both hands. A bracelet and rings completed the glamor with her attention-grabbing high heels. Her fans joined her in celebrating her friend while complimenting their outfits.

With Smith's sheer will and determination, the mom of four was able to conquer her serious illness.

Smith is undoubtedly a beautiful and admirable woman, but not many of her fans know about her somewhat dark and inspiring past that built the woman they all know today.

In 2004, she and her family discovered that she was suffering from a rare type of bone cancer called chondrosarcoma. The family was shattered and heartbroken, and eventually, the mother of four had to undergo invasive surgery to save her life.

The doctors worked tirelessly to remove a tumor from her shin bone. With Smith's sheer will and determination, the mom of four was able to conquer her serious illness with her rapper husband and her four living children by her side all those years ago.

Smith turned her success over the dreaded disease into a charitable business that raises money to find a cure for cancer.

Smith first met LL Cool J (real name James Todd Smith) in 1987 when they were teenagers and were reportedly set up by a friend. Eight years later, they walked down the aisle with three kids already born.

They welcomed their fourth child five years after getting married, and today, Smith is the best-looking supermom there is.
