THE CAST OF SEASON 4
Unfortunately, not all the cast members of season 3 would return as Gonzalez's character is no more. Also, actress Jasika Nicole who plays Dr. Carly Lever, was announced to have exited the show shortly after the season finale.
However, fans are confident of the return of Freddie Highmore, Antonia Thomas, Hill Harper, Paige Spara, Will Yun Lee, Richard Schiff, Christina Chang, and Fiona Gubelmann, who will all be reprising their roles.

Rope isn't the only new face to grace the medical show's new season as Summer Brown, Noah Galvin, Brian Marc, and Bria Samoné Henderson are reportedly going to have recurring roles. They will play first-year residents vying for resident positions at St. Bonaventure Hospital, which is set to be a part of the central plotline of season 4.
TRAILER
A series of trailers have been released for the new season, but they were all compiled into a 1 minute 15-second clip uploaded on "The Good Doctor" YouTube page on October 13.
The trailer teases fans with what to expect. It shows that show will discuss the ongoing pandemic as the doctors can be seen in PPE from head-to-toe with their pictures hanging around their neck to help patients connect with them. The love story between Shaun and Lea is also explored as the duo was seen sharing a passionate kiss beside a firetruck.
