Swizz Beatz recently posted an adorable photo with his family wearing matching gray sweatshirts and sweatpants on Instagram: “TEAM KASSEEM ABU NASSER.”
Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz’s relationship started on the wrong foot with controversies involving the music producer’s first wife, Mashonda Tifrere. But they turned out to be successful and beautiful together.
The couple now raises a blended family and have children of their own , Egypt and Genesis, joining Kasseem Dean’s (Beatz’s real name) son from Tifrere, Prince Nasir Dean.

TEAM KASSEEM ABU NASSER
Recently, Beatz posted a cute family photo with his wife, and their kids, Egypt and Genesis, wearing matching clothing. Their gray sweatshirts read, “SAUDI BRONX” on top with an image of camels below.
The family-of-four also donned matching gray sweatpants with different prints, including snakes, camels, and stars, while showing a number one with their hand.
Beatz and Keys had the same print on one leg of their pants which read, “KASSEEM ABU NASSER CAMEL RACING TEAM,” the music producer’s team in the Saudi Camel Racing Event that won five medals.
THE POWER COUPLE
Keys and Beatz have been a power couple in the music industry for their talents that passed on to their children. The “No One” singer has an impressive career that boasts of 15 Grammy Awards and multiple collaborations with famous artists such as Drake, Eminem, and Jack White.
The singer recently revealed that choosing not to have Genesis was an option for her back then.
Although Beatz is also successful in the industry, he remains supportive of his wife’s pursuits. In one of his posts, the music producer advised men: “You shouldn’t be jealous or upset if you have a Queen that’s successful, Smarter or better than you!”
RAISING A BLENDED FAMILY
The pair began their romantic relationship in 2008,when Beatz was still married to Tifrere, thus, arising rumors that he left his ex-wife for Keys. After tying the knot in 2010, the drama still surrounded them until finally resolving all issues.
In an interview, Tifrere revealed that their blended family took two years to achieve peace and happiness. She said:
“We realized we could minimize the impact on our children by reducing the conflict we had with one another.”

KIDS OF HER OWN
Keys welcomed her first child, Egypt, three months after getting married, followed by her second son, Genesis, in December 2014. However, the singer recently revealed that choosing not to have Genesis was an option for her back then.
The “If I Ain’t Got You” singer did not plan to have a second child when her new album, “Here,” was about to be finalized. On the other hand, Beatz just entered Harvard Business School and had a lot on his plate.

Both she and her husband had busy schedules and were not prepared to take in more responsibilities. But things turned out well and the lessons and experiences they gained became some of the most memorable moments.
