Yesterday, in the spirit of giving her fans a glimpse into her lavish bash, which was held on a private island, Kim shared a three-slide photo. The first image was a photo of her and mother, Kris Jenner.

The second was of her alone, donning a stylish patterned orange two-piece, and the third showed her and BFF LaLa Anthony in flip flops as they walked down an outdoor pathway.

The third image caught the attention of eagle-eyed fans as they noticed what seems to be a sixth toe on Kim's left foot. The observation immediately caused a stir with several reactions from internet users.

One Twitter zoomed into the photo and asked if she was the only one who noticed the reality star's odd sixth toe. Music artist Maddie Ross joined the roast as she wrote:

The last user challenged the reality to answer if she truly has six toes or not. This isn't the first time Kim's perceived sixth toe has broken the internet. Last year August, the KKW Beauty founder shared promo photos from her perfume collaboration with sister Kylie Jenner.

In the photo, which saw the girls don fitted one-legged bodysuits and clear heels, fans quickly noticed that Kim had six toes on one foot. Many believed it was a photoshop mishap, something many fans believe the Kardashian-Jenner clan reportedly often do to their photos.

Others, however, believed it was natural and mocked her for it. It wasn't until the following month that Kim cleared the air about the speculations, saying she has no sixth toe.

Taking to her Instagram story, the mother-of-four shared an up-close clip of her foot, counting her toes and showing an extra fatty bump by the side that looks like a toe in photos. She said:

"Everyone thinks that I have six toes, and it's really wild. But it's this part of my foot that when I wear a shoe just like this, it like smashes down right here."

Kim described the allegations as baffling and hoped her explanation would help quell fans' curiosity and stop them from making cruel comments about her looks. However, that doesn't seem to be the case.
