Farad completed his outfit with grey pants and tied a bandana over his head. He also rocked a full-blown afro and wore eyeglasses. He raised his fingers to the air, making peace signs with them.
The second picture showed Farad and his female friend, dressed in a Rubik's cube costume. In the last snapshot, Farad posed with his friends at the party, who also wore cool outfits. Mills captioned the post:
"My baby Farad-Pac hosted his first #Halloween party with a few friends. #Thankful."
Many of Mills' fans commented on her post and expressed delight that Farad hosted his first Halloween party. One fan said he and his friends looked great in the photos.
A second fan asked if Farad had fun during the party, while a third person noted that Mills did a great job raising her son, thanking her for her efforts.
It is a role she takes note of, revealing in an interview that her son is her greatest gift.
Mills rose to fame as a teenager when she starred in the hit 1970s Broadway show, "The Wiz." She gave birth to Farad in February 2001. Farad's birth gave the singer a renewed outlook on her career.
She likened it to a breath of fresh air as it helped her find herself in a recording studio, which she had not done for five years at the time.
In 2002, Mills recorded "Born For This," her first mainstream album ten years after the first, "Something Real." She also released a gospel album, "Personal Inspirations," in 1995.
Mills has an outstanding career. She has five best-selling albums and ten No.1 singles on Billboard added to her numerous awards. There is no doubt that Farad has played a role in his mother's success.
It is a role she takes note of, revealing in an interview that her son is her greatest gift and describing him as a smart, intelligent, charming, charismatic, handsome, and wonderful person.
That said, there is nothing Mills will not do for her charming son, and we can only hope the singer and Farad will get to have many more beautiful memories.
