Kourtney Kardashian & Her Ex Scott Disick Joke about Plans to Have a Fourth Child

"Keeping Up With The Kardashians" stars Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian had fans in a frenzy in the last episode as they teased that they may be willing to try for another baby.

Reality stars Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick were the center of attraction in KUWTK's season 19 finale as they piqued fans' curiosity with rather shocking news.

Fans were not the only ones intrigued as Kim and Khloe Kardashian wanted to know if the duo was serious about baby number 4. While Kourtney had mischief up her sleeves, she teased her sisters and told them what she and Disick have discussed.

At a point, the reality star got up to show her sisters her stomach. Kourtney bulged her tummy on purpose to trick them, but the KUWTK regulars did not fall for it. However, Kim had some encouraging words for the pair about trying for another baby.

It is noteworthy that Kourtney and Disick have called it quits for a while now and basically have a decent friendship level. Before breaking up, the pair was together for nine years and had three children, Mason, Penelope, and little Reign.

Kourtney and Disick met in 2006 at a party thrown by "Girls Gone Wild" creator, Joe Francis, and hit it off right from the start. In 2007, Disick's life took a new turn as he joined the Kardashians in the launch of their now-famous show.

Through their long-running romance, Kourtney and her ex had many rocky moments that had them splitting up and making up time and time again.

Kourtney and the father of her children take time out to be with their kids and spend quality time indulging in their friendship and celebrating each other's milestones.

During one of their romantic times in 2009, the TV personalities had a Miami hookup, and Kourtney soon found out she was pregnant.

Mason was born in December of the same year. They had their second child in 2012 and their third child, Reign, in 2014. The following year, Kourtney and Disick went their separate ways.

These days, Kourtney and the father of her children take time out to be with their kids and spend quality time indulging in their friendship and celebrating each other's milestones.

Sharing throwbacks of their relationship is not ruled out, as the 41-year-old Kourtney recently confirmed when she shared an old-time photo of their young love on social media.

For the record, Disick and Kourtney are not together or planning to get back together. However, their ideal relationship suits their co-parenting style and works perfectly for them. Disick's relationship with the other Kardashians is also enviable.
