Al Roker & Wife Deborah Roberts Celebrate Daughter Leila's 22nd Birthday with Sweet Family Pics

Al Roker and his wife Deborah recently shared sweet family photos in honor of their daughter's 22nd birthday. The couple was also sure to pen touching tributes to the beautiful birthday girl.

Al Roker might be recovering from surgery, but this did not stop him and his wife, Deborah Roberts, from paying tribute to their daughter Leila who recently turned 22.

Taking to Instagram, Roker shared a series of throwback family photos with Leila. While some slides featured solo baby pictures of a younger Leila, another saw Roker sweetly holding her.

In the last slide, Leila and Roker flashed adorable smiles while posing alongside each other in an outdoor location. Roker accompanied the images with a caption where he sent his love and birthday wishes to Leila. The proud father sweetly added:

"Enjoy the day, #parisiangirl. Can't wait to see you for Christmas."

Roker's post was met with several reactions from fans and followers who also sent their best wishes and prayers to Leila. In a separate post, Roberts also shared a tribute dedicated to her daughter. The post featured a throwback picture of a younger Leila alongside a sweet caption.

In addition to Leila, Roker and Roberts are parents to 18-year-old son Nick.

Roberts' note saw her recounting how her life changed on the day Leila was born. The proud mom noted that her daughter came into the world beautiful and maintained that she has not changed much since then.

Roberts continued by describing Leila as a kind-hearted child and added that they were grateful for her open spirit and bright mind. She concluded by writing:

"Happy birthday, dear sweet daughter. What a blessed mama I am! Happy birthday !! Love you"

Leila's birthday comes about a week after Roker underwent surgery for prostate cancer. He has been resting at home ever since and seems to be making a quick recovery.

In addition to Leila, Roker and Roberts are parents to18-year-old son Nick. The television personality is also a father to an older daughter, Courtney, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Alice Bell.

In April, Courtney got engaged to her boyfriend, Wesley Laga, and as expected, Roker was excited for his daughter. The proud father took to Instagram, where he shared the news with his fans and followers.

In addition to his career as a television show host, there is nothing Roker loves more than being a father to his kids, and there is no doubt that he will always be there to cheer them on.
