Duane Chapman, popularly known as "Dog the bounty hunter" is the star of his self-titled TV show and its spinoffs. He recently lost 20lbs and flaunted his new look on Instagram with a sweet picture.

On November 18, the 67-year-old uploaded a picture of himself posing with a charming smile for the camera. He was dressed in a navy-blue shirt designed with black patterns and the buttons were undone.

The tattoos on his neck, chest, and arm were exposed and his blonde hair was styled away from his face. Dog also wore his signature dark shades. Although the post wasn't captioned, fans flooded it with their love and support.

Aside from healthy diets, the Colorado rancher has also been trying to help Chapman stop smoking.

Many left comments about Dog being an inspirational figure while others declared they were his biggest fans. Back in September, the father-of-twelve revealed that his fiancée Francie Frane has impacted his life in several ways and his weight loss was due to the strict diet she had him follow.

Chapman confessed that he doesn't enjoy the diet as it consisted of "grass and dandelions" but he persevered by holding his breath and drinking a lot of water. He claimed the diet helped him lose weight and improve his personality.

The 67-year-old showed off his weight loss in a beautiful picture with his fiancée on Instagram in October. The image showed the couple dressed in matching black outfits, with Chapman in an all-black ensemble.

Frane wore a black top over white ripped trousers that were folded above her ankles. The couple snuggled together while making the rock-sign and their friend, Greg Zecca's son sat below them on the steps.

Aside from healthy diets, the Colorado rancher has also been trying to help Chapman stop smoking. During a virtual appearance on the "The Dr. Oz Show," the 51-year-old revealed that she used "love and encouragement" to help her fiance quit his bad habits.

The couple's relationship began as they connected over their mutual losses. Last year, Chapman's wife, Beth died from cancer months after Frane's husband, Bob also passed away from cancer.

Chapman got married to Beth in 2006 and the couple co-starred on "Dog The Bounty Hunter" and "Dog And Beth: On The Hunt." His wife was diagnosed with stage two throat cancer in 2017.

Beth died in June 2019 and months after her death, Chapman found out he was suffering from a pulmonary embolism in the heart after he was "hospitalized for chest pains."
