Phylicia Rashād's Ex-husband Ahmad Poses with His Beautiful Younger Wife in a Yellow Dress

Ahmad Rashād, the ex-husband of American actress and stage director Phylicia Rashād, was seen posing with his beautiful younger wife Ana Luz Rodriguez-Paz in a recent Instagram post.

Ahmad Rashād is a man with an interesting taste in women. Having been in several high profile relationships over the years, he has shown just how wide his range can be.

Unsurprisingly, the 71-year-old American sportscaster, who was previously married to actress Phylicia Rashād, once again settled down with yet another damsel going by Ana Luz Rodriguez-Paz.

In a recent wholesome throwback Thanksgiving photo on her Instagram feed, the lovebirds were seen posing side by side in their gorgeous comfortable-looking living room.

The 38-year-old was clad in a lovely mustard yellow dress with a deep neckline and long puffy sleeves. She combined the look with simple jewelry and light makeup as her dark brown hair fell to her shoulders in waves.

Ahmad, on the other hand, flaunted his inner youth with a maroon-colored sweatshirt and black pants. He had a gold chain around his neck and a slight smile on his face as he wrapped his arm around his wife's waist.

The photo was accompanied by several other sweet snapshots of Paz's previous Thanksgiving celebrations with her large extended family. They also included pictures of some of the adorable kids of the family.

Phylicia, however, filed for a divorce at the Manhattan Supreme Court in 1997.

This is not the first time she is sharing sweet photos of her and Ahmad. Last year, she shared a heartwarming shot of both of them where she expressed her desire to marry him again.

It goes without notice that the lovebirds officially tied the knot in April 2016 with a private ceremony led by one of Paz's family members in Palm Beach Gardens. Three days after the event, the sportscaster posted photos from the special day.

The wedding came three years after his split with millionaire Sale Johnson after six years together. They allegedly had an amicable split and promised to continue to co-parent their adopted child, Ava.

The marriage was Ahmad's fourth. He had been previously married to Deidre Waters, Matilda Johnson, and Phylicia Rashād, to whom he proposed on national television during Thanksgiving in 1985 before an estimated 40 million viewers.

Phylicia, however, filed for a divorce at the Manhattan Supreme Court in 1997, charging the sportscaster with abandonment. The case was termed amicable as the pair share a daughter.

Now several years later, Ahmad has once again found love in the arms of Paz. Since she is a skilled therapist specializing in family and play therapy and individual and couples counseling, one can only hope they successfully weather every marital storm.
