McGraw and Hill, who make one of country music's most loved power couples, have faced many challenges since their October 6, 1996 wedding.
The duo, who have navigated the journey of being musicians and parents, started their love story when they first met at a Nashville gig in late 1994.
At the time, they were both seeing other people, but as fate would have it, they got together. This Christmas makes another one of many that they have spent together.
Now that they have joined the growing list of celebrities showing off their trees, it is safe to say Christmas preparations are in full swing in the Hill-McGraw household.
