As her fans drooled over her enviable look in the comments section, Henson took to her Instagram to share a short clip from her time on the show with host Jimmy Fallon.
These days, Henson is devoted to staying mentally and physically fit.
There, she talked about how she and her best friend Tracie Jade suffer from anxiety while promoting her new show, "Peace of Mind with Taraji." Talking about how it is a great place to share, she said:
"It's a great place for sharing. We laugh, we cry, we hug, and everyone's COVID tested!"
Henson shared she and Jade are still healing and learning along with their guests. Sometimes they have celebrities, and other times they are clinicians, psychiatrists, and therapists.
The show, which is all set to premiere on December 14, will bring awareness to mental health issues. Henson hopes it will erase the stigma and encourage people to get help.
These days, Henson is devoted to staying mentally and physically fit. In September, she rang in her 50th birthday with a stunning bikini photoshoot that left her fans in awe.
In the photos, the actress looked ridiculously fit as she showed off her curves. She works pretty hard at the gym and she has her toned body to show for it. Besides working out, she has also been busy with some other projects.
Henson is all set to make her directorial debut in "Two-Faced," a Bron Studios drama written by Cat Wilkins. It follows the story of a Black high school senior named Joy, who confronts her principal about his racist past.
The actress will play the protagonist's mother. She is pretty excited to work behind the cameras for the touching story that elevates women of color and cannot wait to bring the drama to life.
