'House of Payne' Star Keshia Knight Pulliam Announces Her Engagement to Actor Brad James

Keshia Knight Pulliam is officially off the market! The "House of Payne" star shared the happy news on her Instagram, and fans are going crazy over it.

Pulliam shared a sweet photo of herself and James from their engagement party. According to Pulliam, it is her favorite shot from the special day.

KESHIA FOUND HER FOREVER

The actress looked heavenly in a white dress with a deep neck. Her daughter Ella Grace Hartwell leaned on to her as she carried her in her arms. James was out of focus, but it was not hard to see how dapper he was in a white suit.

Pulliam was going through a tumultuous marriage before meeting James.

In the caption, Pulliam gushed about the experience of being engaged and shared how happy she was. Showing her excitement for the new journey, she said:

IT WAS A MAGICAL DAY

In an exclusive interview with People, Pulliam's reps said the ceremony was magical and intimate, and most importantly, filled with love. Talking about the lovebirds, they shared how they are excited to find their happily ever after.

Pulliam, who was previously married to former NFL star Ed Hartwell, started dating James in 2019. They first met on the set of the TV movie "Pride and Prejudice: Atlanta."

The chemistry was just right and it was not long until the duo hit it off. Revealing how they exchanged numbers after talking to each other in a live video, Pulliam said:

"We had a lot of downtime; there was a lot going on filming that project. So there were times where we would all be sitting in the cast seats or the van just talking."

Pulliam was going through a tumultuous marriage before meeting James, and the divorce helped her determine what she would want in a romantic partner.

According to her, marriage is hard but it is not that hard when it is with the right person. In her words, it takes two people who have the desire to be together to make it work.
