On June 8, 2019, Katherine Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt exchanged their wedding vows in Montecito, California. Katherine called their marriage "the best day of our lives."
"We became husband and wife in front of God, our families and those we love," Katherine captioned the photo of herself and Chris. "It was intimate, moving and emotional."

Chris announced their engagement on January 13, 2019, through his Instagram page. At the time, the actor said that he is so thrilled to be marrying Katherine.
Both Katherine and Chris, who began dating in June 2018, wore a custom Armani. Katherine thanked the designer for her wedding gown and the perfect suit for the love of her life.
Meanwhile, a source told PEOPLE that the venue of their wedding ceremony is beautiful and very romantic. There are many flowers and greenery everywhere, the source added.
In April, Katherine had a bridal shower in which her mom, Maria Shriver, was very involved.
According to Town&Country, Katherine's parents and siblings were all in attendance. Chris's son Jack was also there. The actor shares the six-year-old boy with his ex-wife Anna Farris.
Speaking about the wedding menu and reception, a source shared that they were using just local food like fresh vegetables and did not want the menu to be too rich.
In April, Katherine had a bridal shower in which her mom, Maria Shriver, was very involved. In fact, the event was held at Maria's home. Maria went all-out for the shower.
An insider revealed to PEOPLE that there were fun games and a flower station, as well as a gospel choir who performed several songs. Pratt also showed up at the event to give a toast.
Prior to the wedding, Katherine said in an interview that the whole family was very involved in the wedding process. So, according to her, it's a great combination of everything.
Katherine and Chris began making a life together as the couple planned for their wedding. In August 2020, they welcomed their first child, daughter Lyla Maria.
