Alex Rodriguez gave his fans a glimpse into his day-to-day life, which included a pop-in visit to his fiancée, Jennifer Lopez, at ABC studios in New York.
Fans are endlessly fascinated with former New York Yankees baseball player Alex Rodriguez's life, especially since he became engaged to the vibrant ultimate star, actress and singer Jennifer Lopez.
Rodiguez recently shared a glimpse into what life as A-Rod is all about, his daily routine, his work schedule, and how he keeps it real in the midst of all that star power and glitter.

A-ROD POWERS UP
Mornings start at 9 am for Rodriguez with some work in the gym to keep his athlete's body in perfect trim. A-Rod shared two snaps of himself, on which he works up a sweat first on a machine, then by lifting some weights.
Next, Rodriguez, who is acquiring 20 hotels across North America and the Caribbean, heads for a well-earned breakfast, after which he sits down for a series of business meetings via zoom calls that carry him well into the afternoon.
Rodriguez, who is the father of two girls, Ella, 12, and Natasha, 16, whom he shares with ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis, opened up about his plans for Christmas during the pandemic.

Judging by the snaps he shared, Rodriguez works from 12 to approximately 5 pm, before his mind turns to love, and his lovely fiancée, Jennifer Lopez. On this particular day, A-Rod headed for ABC's New York studios.
Rodrigues shared a snap of himself backstage at what appears to be the rehearsal of 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve' for 2021 which was headlined by none other than J.Lo herself.

Rodriguez shared a glimpse into their relationship with a sweet snap in which he can be seen waiting patiently waiting for Lopez, with a soda and his mask in hand while she rehearses.
On one corner of the snap, A-Rod drew a series of hearts tagging Lopez. The couple has been engaged since March 2019 and were forced to postpone their plans for a romantic wedding in Italy due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dinner with the family is at 7 pm, and Rodriguez shared a snap of his plate with a delicious and healthy-looking chicken and brie salad, accompanied by what looks like brown rice, and salad dressing.
After dinner, Rodriguez winds down with a book, and he is now enjoying "Churchhill: Walking With Destiny" by Andrew Roberts, before heading to bed for some pillow talk with J.Lo and some well-deserved rest.

CHRISTMAS AND COVID-19
"With COVID, everything is a little different. Good company, family, good food, a little wine — that always helps. Just being together with the family, really that's all that matters."
Rodriguez and Lopez have been together since 2017, and share their holiday traditions with their children. Lopez has two children of her own,12-year-old twins Emme and Max whom she shares with ex Marc Anthony.
