Iconic hitmaker Mariah Carey shared new photos from a recent girls' night with her nine-year-old daughter Monroe, and the duo looked super adorable together.
It's only been a few years into the New Year, but iconic singer Mariah Carey is already making some unforgettable memories with her beautiful family.
Taking to Twitter recently, Carey shared adorable photos of her first girls' night for the year featuring the singer and her nine-year-old twin daughter Monroe.

In the pictures, Carey and Monroe donned matching pink pajamas while lounging in the living room. The mother-daughter night activity also included their dog, which was sweetly snuggled up against the iconic singer.
Carey and Monroe had a tray of snacks and drinks placed on a furry black table in front of them. The duo sat on a large couch with their eyes glued to a large television screen where the classic film "Mean Girls" was showing. The tweet read:
"First girls night of 2021! Sparkling apple cider, mangos, strawberries, cookies, and... Mean Girls, duh!"
Shortly after sharing the pictures, Carey's fans and followers trooped to the comments section gushing about her and Monroe's adorable mother-daughter moment.
One user described Carey as a cool mom, while another noted that the singer's girls' night was indeed a great way to start the new year.
Carey's recent post is not the first time she is giving fans a glimpse of her bonding moment with Monroe and her twin brother Moroccan, whom the singer shares with ex-husband Nick Cannon.
Last year, the music legend turned 50 and took to her Instagram, showing fans how she spent the special day with her kids amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Carey's post featured pictures of the singer and her kids at a table as she blew out her candles and attempted to cut a cake that read "Happy Anniversary Mariah."
With Carey's achievement as one of the most successful artists of her time, it comes as no surprise that the singer has passed on some of her performing skills to her kids.
Last year, she shared a clip of her daughter imitating her mom's stage performance mannerisms, including hitting an incredibly high note.
However, as the hilarious video came to an end, it showed that Monroe had gotten help from her mom in hitting the high notes as against singing it herself.
In addition to her career, Carey undoubtedly loves being a mom to her kids, and the singer has mastered the art of creating beautiful memories with Monroe and Moroccan.
