The CNN host's wife is a New York native from Southampton, Long Island, which is also where her wedding to Cuomo was held at the Mary Catholic Church in November 2001.

The mother-of-three is the founder of a wellness magazine known as "Purist." She launched both the digital and print editions in 2017 and continued to run her business throughout the coronavirus lockdown period from home.

BATTLING WITH COVID-19

In March 2020, Chris revealed he had tested positive for coronavirus but he preserved through the disease by keeping fans updated on his condition which included symptoms like hallucinations and body pains.

However, the situation got complicated when his wife was diagnosed with coronavirus. Thankfully, Cristina didn't experience symptoms as bad as her husband and their daughter Bella ensured their home ran smoothly in their absence.

Alas, the virus struck for the third time when Mario Jr. tested positive for COVID-19. The mother-of-three kept fans updated on her family's conditions including the wonderful news of their recovery on Instagram.

In April, the 51-year-old shared a picture of herself jumping up in the air at the beach and announced her recovery in the post's caption in addition to the start of her Purist wellness Instagram series.
