Andy Cohen's son Ben just turned two, and his friend, show host Kelly Ripa, took to her Instagram to join him in celebrating his little boy's special day. She shared two cute throwback snaps of her and little Ben and wrote:
"#tbt Two years ago vs. one year ago. Happy birthday Benjamin Cohen! (Me Maw's Ben) ????????"

Of the two pictures that the television show host shared, the first was an old one taken during the days when the birthday boy was still an infant.
The little guy was wrapped cozily in a blue baby blanket as she cradled him warmly in her embrace with a large smile on her face. The second snap showed Ripa holding an older Ben in her arms during his first birthday party in February 2020.
The photos coupled with Ripa's kind words were so moving that her fans and followers joined her in celebrating little Ben in the comments as they showered the post with likes.
In January 2020, Cohen shared his own side of their friendship and even revealed something truly shocking and touching.
Avid fans of Ripa and social media followers know by now that she shares a very precious friendship with her fellow host, Cohen.
In 2017, when Cohen was named one of the 50 people on Variety's "New Power of New York list," Variety asked Ripa to write a tribute to him. She wrote:
"My husband, Mark, and I first met Andy Cohen at a Christmas party at Bryant Gumbel's apartment in NYC many years ago."
Ripa continued, sharing that Cohen was an executive at Bravo at the time, who had a new idea for a show about a group of women from Orange County and resided in a gated community.
The most touching part of her tribute was when Ripa revealed that Cohen offered to be her and her husband, Mark Consuelos' friend after he noted that they did not have any friends their age.
Of course, they objected to his assertion that they did not have friends their age. Cohen was not having any of it. From that day on, Cohen, Ripa, and her husband, Consuelos' became great friends.
In January 2020, Cohen shared his own side of their friendship and even revealed something truly shocking and touching. According to him, Ripa saw something he had been ignoring.
Cohen had a little dot on his lip that he had been ignoring for the longest time. The "Live! With Kelly and Ryan" host saw it and told him to get it checked out immediately.
When he did, it turned out that Ripa was right. The seemingly harmless dot was skin cancer — malignant melanoma. He expressed how grateful he was that Ripa truly saved his life.
Friends are not just for fun times like parties and birthdays. Television show hosts Cohen and Ripa certainly are a friendship made in talk show heaven.
