LL Cool J and his wife have enjoyed a remarkable love story that has spanned more than two decades, and they still look so much in love.

The actor also reportedly offered his fibula to help his wife out. Having stayed cancer-free for over a decade, Simone partnered with the American Cancer Society to make donations from her jewelry line to support non-profit organizations that fight cancer.
