The Rolling Stones legend took to Instagram this week after a 4-week hiatus to introduce his fans and followers to the newest member of his family.

Jagger is seen with a huge smile on his face, sitting on a floral sofa while holding a black kitten. The little kitten does not look up at the camera and instead bows its head a little bit. In true legend fashion, an acoustic guitar rests by the arm of the seat.

"Say hi to Nero, he's a little camera shy. #catsofinstagram."

His followers rushed to the comment section to praise both the 77-year-old musician and Nero, garnering over 180,000 likes in the past two days.

Aside from Nero, Jagger is a dad to eight kids. His partner Melanie Hamrick gave birth to his youngest son Deveraux in December 2016.

Aside from the adorable little boy, he is dad to Karis, his daughter with Marsha Hunt, Jade, his daughter with ex-wife Bianca, Lizzie, James, Georgia May, and Gabriel, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Jerry Hall, and Lucas, his son with Luciana Morad. He was also in a relationship with the late L'wren Scott, although they didn't have kids together.

His eldest son James is making a name for himself in the entertainment industry.

Although he's had multiple relationships, Jagger is proud that he has a good relationship with children and not just his own. According to the rockstar:

"I think I'm a pretty good father. I have a nice affinity with children, not just my own. Kids keep you young and they keep you laughing."
