Meghan Markle decided not to have a baby shower ahead of the arrival of her baby girl as she is currently expecting her second child.

A source told Us Weekly that having a baby shower with gifts is not ideal right now for Markle. “There is too much strife in the world. She and Harry have been so involved with humanitarian issues, they both feel their time and resources can be used for a better purpose."

THE UNIFIER

As the family of three awaits their new addition to the family, royal expert Nick Bullen believes the new baby’s arrival will help bring the royal family together amid their recent drama.

Bullen shared the birth of a new baby is always a great unifier for a family, and all sides of the Sussex family will want to celebrate with the couple.

She further explained there is no doubt that Prince Harry and Markle will be jumping on a Zoom call to introduce the Queen to her 11th great-grandchild.

The said intimate occasion took place at the Mark Hotel's penthouse, which was paid for by her best friend Williams. The star-studded guest list consisted of 15-20 guests.

The auspicious event was held at the Upper East Side of Manhattan on February 20, 2019. There were two planned baby showers for Archie at the time for her friends.
