Naomi Osaka Roams Around Rome in a Chic Knotted Pink Shirt & Tattered Jeans in Pics
Although she may have taken a beating at the Italian Open earlier this month, Naomi Osaka is not letting that get her down, soaking up her time in the Eternal City.
Japanese tennis pro, Naomi Osaka roamed around the streets of Rome, walking off her Italian Open loss. She wore a chic knotted pink shirt combined with tattered jeans in pictures she shared on social media.
The renowned tennis player couldn't help but post many pics of her journey through the Italian capital. This included food, walking around the city, and visiting tourist attractions - with a touch of tennis on the clay.

STYLE IN THE CITY STREETS
Osaka sported a knotted pink shirt with darker rosy patterns, which slightly showed off her flat belly. Taking to the caption, the tennis star penned:
"Rome goes crazyyyy."
Her tattered jeans were high-waisted, donning cuffs at the heels, combined with brown trainers. Osaka owned the glam tom-boy look, taking a selfie with her hand on her hip.
WHEN IN ROME
As they say. "When in Rome do as the Romans do," which is to eat, and that is exactly what Osaka did. She shared images of milkshakes, pizza, and sushi dishes - all "squisito!"
Originally, Cordae [her boyfriend] was not aware of Osaka's worldwide popularity as a pro-tennis player.
She also visited attractions such as the celebrated and eye-catching Trevi Fountain, throwing a coin in it as one does. Of course, she couldn't resist the court, sharing a picture of her sports shoes on the clay.
PLAYING ON FOREIGN LAND
Unfortunately, these clay courts were her downfall at the Italian Open earlier this month, where she was beaten time and time again by Jessica Pegula. During the match, sport's columnist Dan Wolken tweeted:
"Osaka on clay is just a disaster right now."
Speaking to reporters, the court champion confessed that she still doesn't feel like she is getting used to the clay courts. Admitting that it's quite exasperating, Osaka expressed that it is quite challenging for her.
LOVE, SET, MATCH
Luckily, even after back-breaking losses, Osaka can count on her number one supporter; her boyfriend Cordae. Although a busy individual, he always makes time to be on the stands, cheering her on.
Originally, Cordae was not aware of Osaka's worldwide popularity as a pro-tennis player. He confessed that the only knowledge he had of tennis before meeting Osaka was Serena and Venus Williams.
Not only is Cordae a supportive boyfriend but Osaka fan girls right back. Her other half is a rapper, and the sports star enjoys his music.
Osaka was intensively private before meeting her current lover, unwilling to share her romantic relationships with the public. However, with Cordae, she is much more willing to share their love online.
