Prince Harry Gives Shoutout to Brother Prince William in Sweet Video for Diana Awards Amid Reported Feud
The Duke of Sussex is back home in the UK and has made his first appearance since landing. The Prince made a surprise speech in a pre-recorded video during the virtual Diana Award Ceremony.
In the video, which seems to have been recorded in his California home, the Prince talks about the unveiling of his mother Diana's statue at Kensington Palace.
The Award reflects Diana, the Princess of Wales, and her belief that the youth can change the world. Taking place on what would have been Diana's 60th birthday, the event was hosted by The Diana Award charity that runs mentoring and anti-bullying programs and recognizes inspirational work by the youth.

In the video, Prince Harry celebrates and acknowledges the young people joining them at the awards and thanks to them for being part of the family's important moment and being an important contribution to the community.
Those in attendance will be Princess Diana's close family members, Ian Rank-Broadley, who sculpted the statue, and Sunken Garden designer Pip Morrison. He continues to say in the video:
'I'm truly honoured to be celebrating your work, your commitment to change making and the vital role that you've taken on representing a new generation of humanitarianism.'

He says that he and his brother William recognize their mom's birthday and says she would be proud of all those with compassion for others and those living a life of purpose. The two brothers are expected to disregard their differences ahead of the ceremony.
The brothers have reportedly been feuding for a while now, with internet users speculating that the drama resulted from Meghan allegedly making Kate Middleton cry once.
Things between them have never seemed to get back to normal since.
However, the veteran royal reporter says that the two brothers are actually the ones that have not been on good terms since December 2018. Harry is alleged to have felt that William was not giving his wife the respect that she deserves.
For the last 20 years, Nick Bullen has made numerous programs about the Royal Family. He says that the feud had never been about Meghan and Kate but the two brothers. Speaking to Fox News, he said:
“It’s actually that William and Harry have had a rift. I think you know, look. All brothers fall out. All families fall out. Their fallout at the moment is becoming public."
The royal feud is just one of my that has been sufficing with the brothers, and in 2019, William talked to Harry about his relationship with Meghan, seemingly moving too fast. Harry, who is very protective of his wife, did not take the brotherly advice well.
Harry got riled up and took his brother's concerns as criticism, causing the biggest rift of all time. Things between them have been rocky since.
Despite the recently found animosity between the two, they have not always struggled with their relationship. On several occasions, Harry had thanked his brother William for his help, especially when he sought medical health help.
He was also quite the gentleman at Williams's wedding when he is said to have whispered into his brother's ear, "wait till you see her," just before Kate walked down the aisle, then saying he loved her like a sister and saying William was the perfect brother during his speech.

The strained relationship between the brothers has caused tension in the royal family and their father, Prince Charles,79, was shocked that the two were feuding. He, however, will not intervene due to the strained relationship between him and his sons.
Distance due to the pandemic has also made it quite difficult to reconcile. Everyone was optimistic that they would sort their issues during their grandfather, Prince Phillips's burial, but that did not happen.
